The packages are All Inclusive, with unlimited dining, beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic), activities, entertainment, taxes and fees. Round trip hotel transfers are available for separate purchase. Deposits are non-refundable.
Shuttle Information
Please arrange shuttle transportation to and from the airport and resort prior to departure. The Wyndham Alltra resort is approximately 20 minutes from the Cancun International Airport.
Transportation is booked within 2 weeks of travel through Nexus if selected transportation with booking. All guests that have transportation included can submit their flight details beginning at the 45 day from travel mark, and we can accept it up until 7 days from travel. They do not need to contact Nexus directly except to confirm their departure transfer 24 hours before leaving the resort. These instructions will be on the guest dashboard.
Guests can add transportation through Destify for up to 14 days prior to travel even if they previously declined; to do this, they can email guestservices@destify.com or submit a request through the guest dashboard by clicking 'Modify My Reservation.' Current pricing for a shared shuttle is $36 per person round trip, and $98 for a private vehicle round trip that accommodates up to 6 passengers (must be in the same room). Please note that transfer pricing is subject to change.
